All games and machines are used, unless otherwise stated.
All images are illustrative, and are only intended to be able to recognize games and equipment. They are therefore not illustrative of the condition of the item, release or region. Used items are all in good condition unless otherwise stated. Box and manuals may be in varied condition. If pictures are desired for a specific item, we must be contacted before the order is placed, and a picture can be sent by email.
We try as much as possible to mark games where the game's box and manual are not in English or Scandinavian language, but there may be cases where boxes and manuals may be in German or French, if you have specific requests for the language on the box and manual, please note it on the order, and we will try to comply or contact you before shipping.
Unless otherwise stated, the language of the game is English.
Some boxes for CDs are very fragile, e.g. for PS1 and Dreamcast games, these boxes may have minor damage, scratches or cracks.
For all used games, it must be expected that any codes or downloadable content have been used and cannot be used again.
Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items.
For items on sale, spot offers, coin offers and other specially discounted items, we reserve the right to limit purchases to a maximum of one item of each offer per order.
Payment:
MobilePay, Bank transfer, Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, Visa Electron, ViaBill, or contact payment upon collection.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only debited from your card when the item is shipped.
With a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly payment on the same date each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will end.

Shipping:
Shipping is done with PostNord or GLS, the price depends on weight and item but starts from 46,-, see estimate in the shopping cart.
The goods are delivered under normal circumstances within 1 – 3 business days.
There may be days with extended delivery time, e.g. in connection with holidays and public holidays. In the event of extended delivery time, it will be stated at the top of the page and in checkout when choosing shipping.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@bozz.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returns:
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
No right of withdrawal:
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software on which you have broken the seal
Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if
a) the delivery of the digital content is not made against payment or
b) the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once we have provided confirmation on a durable medium.
Condition of the item when you return it:
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. To be sure of getting all your money back, you must handle the item in the same way as you would normally be allowed to in a physical store selling the same item. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item.

Right of withdrawal in business purchases:
In b2b there is no right of withdrawal.
Right of complaint:
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label for returning your order, otherwise we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs without a valid receipt for return.

If you are acting as a business, we reserve the right to remedy, for example, in the form of repairs rather than exchange.
Complaints procedure:
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact kontakt@bozz.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
In order to be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered at Bozz.dk by Martin Gavlshøj Berg and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
