Payment:
At Nes Bozz (Bozz.dk) the following payments are possible, all without fees:
Bank transfer.
The money is transferred to our account, the goods are sent when the money is received. Most banks hold the money for 1 working day, so the goods will usually be sent 2 days after the money is transferred. Please note that payment for goods ordered via bank transfer must be in our account within 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled as unpaid. With a bank transfer you are not protected by the objection scheme.
EAN payment.
If you work at a place where payment is made with EAN payment, it is also possible to select Bank transfer and EAN payment at checkout. Please note that EAN orders are only sent to the address registered with the EAN number. If ordered to another address or parcel shop, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Cash on delivery.
Payment via cash on delivery is unfortunately not possible.
Card payment.
You can pay with most cards at www.bozz.dk. See the symbols at the bottom of the page.
Mobilepay payment.
You can also pay with Mobilepay, this requires that you have activated your Mobilepay for online payment. This is done in your app with your NemID.
ViaBill payment.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly payment on the same date each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will end.

Pick-up.
It is possible to pick up by arrangement at Hedegårdvej 35, 7620 Lemvig.
When picking up, you must either pay in cash, via prepayment, Mobilepay or by card.
We do not accept checks.
Shipping:
Shipping is done with Post Nord or GLS and prices are set accordingly.
The shop is primarily intended for Danish customers, but we also sell to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of Europe. Shipping is calculated according to current prices, goods abroad are generally shipped as cheaply as possible, if faster/more expensive delivery is desired, this can be agreed upon.
Stocked goods ordered before 13:00 on a weekday if delivery is ordered with Post Nord and 12:30 if ordered with GLS, are shipped under normal circumstances the same day as payment is received, after which the shipping company takes over the delivery which is normally 1 - 2 business days. Goods shipped on Friday as a pick-up can be picked up with Post Nord at the post office on Saturday. Post Nord does not deliver packages on Saturday. Goods are not shipped on Saturday. Goods that are not in stock are shipped as soon as possible after they have arrived home, if payment has been received.
If the item is sent with insurance, a Track & Trace number will be sent if an email address is registered so that the customer can follow the shipment.
Please note that in connection with the Winter holidays, Easter, Summer holidays, Autumn holidays and Christmas, delivery times may be extended. During these periods, you will be able to inquire about an exact delivery time by email, otherwise the next shipping day will be specified when selecting delivery at checkout.
NOTE: If packages are not picked up at the parcel shop and are returned, the return postage will be deducted from any refund.
