Koster permit
If you want to sell second-hand goods, you need a permit from the police, this permit is called a koster permit. The koster permit allows the police to keep an eye on shops that sell second-hand goods.
When you have a koster permit, all goods must be traceable back to the seller and the permit must be displayed in the store / webshop.
At Nes Bozz, we have had our permit up in the store, but now it is also available here, so you can see that the shop has a permit to sell second-hand goods to private individuals.
