At Nes Bozz, you can find the Philips G7000, also known as the Magnavox Odyssey 2, the classic 2nd generation home video game console from 1978.

The console was sold as the Philips Videopac G7000 in Europe, Philips Odyssey in Brazil and Peru, and as Odyssey2 in Japan. It was one of the five major home consoles before the 1983 video game market crash, alongside the Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Intellivision, and ColecoVision, and was praised for its innovative features. In 2009, IGN ranked it the 21st greatest video game console of all time.

In Europe, the console was marketed under several names, including Philips Videopac C52, Radiola Jet 25, Schneider 7000, and Siera G7000. The rare G7200 model featured a built-in black-and-white screen and was only sold in Europe. Most Videopac games are compatible with American Odyssey 2 units, although some games like Frogger and Chess had limitations due to color differences and extra hardware. Each game in Europe received a unique number, making it easier for collectors to organize their collections.

The Philips G7000 was equipped with an Intel 8048 8-bit microcontroller, 64 bytes of internal RAM, 128 bytes of external RAM, and 128 bytes of video/audio RAM. Graphics were handled by the Intel 8244/8245 IC with a resolution of 160×200 pixels and a 16-color palette. The audio system was mono with a noise generator, and inputs included two digital joysticks and a QWERTY membrane keyboard. The console used ROM cartridges of 2 KB, 4 KB, or 8 KB and could be expanded with modules such as The Voice, which provided speech and enhanced sound effects, and the Chess Module, which added extra CPU and memory for advanced chess gameplay. Later, Videopac+ compatible modules like Microsoft Basic and the C7420 Home Computer Module became available, making the system an early hybrid between a game console and a home computer.
