Teddy Boy Blues, known as Teddy Boy outside Japan, is an arcade platform game for Sega System 1.

You control a boy who must destroy boxes from which enemies emerge. Using two buttons, you can shoot enemies or jump. Enemies turn into collectible items for points, blue barricades can be destroyed, and boxes count down until they break. Complete all enemies and boxes to finish the level.
